Meet Carrie
Carrie Low, a lifelong resident of Westerleigh, Staten Island, has dedicated her career to serving her community through the legal profession and public service. A practicing attorney for more than a decade, Carrie earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
Carrie served as an Assistant District Attorney under District Attorneys Daniel Donovan and Michael McMahon, rising to Deputy Bureau Chief of the Narcotics/Investigations Bureau, where she prosecuted serious felony cases involving violent crime and narcotics trafficking.
